Supplement Absorption: Synthetic vs. Natural
Supplements are also a decent supply of your antioxidant needs—provided, of course, that they will properly be consumed by your body.
There are two kinds of vitamins essentially out in the market: synthetic and herbal. Synthetic Supplements in the industry cannot be fully consumed by the body. Being plastic, it is a foreign material, and thus, the body does not know it. And what happens to substances that the body does not recognise? It flushes it out.
